It's that time of the week again, time for a new Simon Says Stamp Challenge. This week our theme is Anything Goes. I chose to create a tag with a magnolia stamp (of course!). I made this tag for a special friend of mine, Teri. I hope she enjoys it as much as I enjoyed creating it for her.
