Special Wish

Here is my next project I just completed. The hot glue is still drying!!! LOL I made this project for my inlaws for christmas. My mother in-law gets all decked out for Christmas. Their house always looks absolutely gorgeous! So, I thought that this Christmas sign would be a perfect addition as a gift for them this year. I sure hope that they like it.
I used my My Mind's Eye Holiday Avenue Paper Pad for this project. It is a great paper pad, and one of my new faves!!!! I used the ornament paper as the background, then added a center piece with the red glitter swirl paper. I then added two border strips with green cardstock and cut patchwork pieces from other pieces of the patterned paper. I like how it turned out! I cut out the letters for WISH with my Storybook cartridge and my cricut.
I used Reindeer Tilda and colored her with copics -
Skin - E000, E00, R20
Hair - Y11, Y51, Y20, E53
Clothes- G20, G21, G24
Antlers - E25, E27
I added stickles to the antlers and the lace of her outfit.
I also used Tilda Hanging Ornaments on this project. I colored her with copics too.
Skin - E000, E00, R20
Hair - E51, E57, E59
Clothes - R20, R24, R27, R29
Ornaments - Y15, G20, G21, G24
I added stickles to the ornaments and to the lace of her outfit for added interest and shine.
I used some Iamroses.com flowers to decorate the corner of the picture frame. I used glimmer mist to paint the white flowers. I used Candy Apple Red and Key Lime Pie to make them match the colors of the design. Then I used my hot glue gun to adhere them to the frame.
I am entering this project into the following challenges:
