Cute Card Thursday GDT - One for the Kids

My card today is for my Guest Design Team spot at Cute Card Thursday. This weeks theme is One For the Kids, to make a card for a kid. I made this cute card with bright colors for a neighborhood little girl for her birthday. I LOVE the bright color tones, and think she will love this girlie card.
I used the color combo for the challenge this week at Magnolia-licious Challenge Blog. I LOVE the bright colors and how they compliment each other.
I colored this Tilda with Copics.
Skin - E000, E00, R20
Hair - Y11, Y33, Y21, YR20
Shirt and pants - R39, R32, R30
Skirt - B91, B95, B97, R30
Wings - Y13, Y15
Boots - W1, W3, W5
Balloons - B00, B02, G20, G24, G21
I used the sketch from Friday Sketchers for the layout of this card. I love all the layering and pretty papers.
