House of Gilli DT - Use Green Challenge

Here is my card for this weeks challenge over at the House of Gilli Blog. The theme this week is to use green. Well, this was kinda a hard challenge for me, as I do not use a lot of green, so I had to search through my paper collection to find something "Just right". Well, I think I did just that!!! I used my Graphic 45, Once Upon a Springtime paper, and I just LOVE the way this card came out.
I used Jeans Gilli for this card, and I think she might be my favorite. She can be used for so many different occasions, so I made an ALL OCCASION card to show that off. I also added the Gilli Flower Border to the outside of my image panel. I stamped it with Antique Linen Distress ink an then distressed the edges.
I colored Gilli with copics
Skin - E00, E000, R20
Hair - E31, E53, Y23, Y11
Shirt - G24, G20, G21
Jeans - B97, B95, B91
Shoes - E50, E33, E25, E27
Here is the artsy view of my card. This paper is so versatile, I just had to use every single scrap, did not want any of it to go to waste.
The inside of the card is finished off simply with more of the design paper and more distressing. I hope you will pop on over to the House of Gilli blog and join us for this weeks challenge, use green.

    Becca you really rocked the green color scheme! This is gorgeous and as usual your coloring is magnificent..Green is definitely not one of my go to colors but I might just have to break out of my comfort zone..Thanks so much for all of your inspiration!

    mmmmm...Those papers! Cute image and the stamped/distressed edge around the image panel is AWESOME. Perfect coloring. A BEAUTIFUL card. I love it!
