LaLa Land Challenge - Winter Wonderland

Its time for a new challenge at La La Crafts. This week the challenge is Winter Wonderland. I love this theme, as there are some super cute winter Marci and Luka images, it was hard to choose. I did finally choose Marci with Snowman, and I just love this image, too cute!
I used Basic grey Jovial paper for this card, I just love the cute snowman paper in the middle, it matched perfectly with this cutie snowman image. I stamped the sentiment from a Greeting Farm Stamp set, Warm and Fuzzy, that I have, and thought it matched perfect to Marci with her cute warm coat on. I then cut the sentiment out with my Doohickey Vintage Tag die, and tied some red ribbon through the hole.
I colored my image with copics.
Skin - E21, E00, E000, R20, R30
Hair - E25, E31, E50
Hats, Scarf, and Mitten - R29, R27, R24, R22, BG75, BG72, E42, E40

I added a Doohickey tilda Lace border to the middle panel to give it some added interest. I also added a red silk bow and a large red wild rose from Wild Orchid Crafts. I love the way it turned out.

Tiny Bubbles....

I have had some time in my craft space today, and have made a card just for fun, and not for a DT card, but just for me. It has been a while since I have had time to do that, and I was so happy to just sit down and create for fun. Here is what I came up with....
I used one of my new Tilda stamps, Bubbling Tilda. I just got her with my last Simon Says Design team treat spend, and I just LOVE her, I am totally obsessed. I know she is not new, but she is new to my collection, and I LOVE her, such a dream to color up. Anyway, I paired her with some of my K&Company Julienne papers, as I wanted to keep this card monochrome, and those are the best blue papers I own, they are just gorgeous. I created an easel card to give it some interest, and they are so much fun (and easy) to create.
I followed the sketch at Saturday sketch for the front panel of this card. I love the way it came out. There are so many layers, makes it very interesting to the eye. Love it!
I colored up this beauty with copics and Prismacolor pencils.
Skin - E21, E00, E000, R20, R30
Hair - E25, E31, E50
Dress - B91, B95, B97, W5, Indigo Blue pencil
Wings and Bubbles - B01, B00, B0000, Light Cerulean Blue pencil, Stardust Stickles
The sentiment is also a Magnolia stamp that is a fave in my house!
I added lots of embellies to the card to pretty it up. I added some Doohickey die cuts. I used Tilda Lace for one of the borders, Doily flowers to the flower bases, and the swirl. I also added some Wild Orchid Crafts light blue roses to the centers of the die cut flowers. The stick pin is also hand-made from a crafting buddy of mine, and it matched absolutely perfectly! The butterfly was punched using my Martha Stewart Monarch punch, and I added some half back pearls as the final finishing touch.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
TOMIC - Monochrome
Magnolia Down Under - Inspired by a song (Tiny Bubbles)
Bunny Zoe's - Easel cards
Magnolia-licious - Monochrome
